Movement & Mindfulness

We believe there are two things necessary for starting a new movement routine--Knowledge & Support.  We coordinate with trained movement coaches to bring healthy movement to your community.   By working with us you will learn how to create a movement routine and why moving with community (at least some time) is so important.

What to expect: Classes are One-hour long.  They begin with warm-ups and build in intensity.  Class ends with stretching and mindfulness practice (breathing, awareness training, relaxation, etc).
